Lori Barrett R.D.N.

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with the Commission on Dietetic Registration and licensed in my state of practice. I received a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics Degree from James Madison University and attended the Ap4 internship at New York Institute of Technology. I have over 25 years of experience: working as a dietitian at my own private practice, as a clinical Dietitian at a major New York hospital, and also as a Spa Nutritionist at a luxurious oceanfront and seawater spa.

I was featured on a local news program, radio and continue to contribute as a nutrition expert, for many magazine and online sites. I always welcome the opportunity to spread the importance of nutrition facts and advice, to have a healthy impact in our lives.

I currently live in Central Florida. Over the years, I have been a competitive and recreational athlete on many sports teams, including tennis, swim, softball, soccer, and coed softball. These days I am an avid tennis player, and I enjoy playing in competitive tennis leagues. You might also find me at the beach, my happy place, or biking, kayaking, swimming, and hiking.

 My three children mean the world to me, and my fluffy Portuguese water dog Bubbles is always right by my side. Faith, Family, and Friends.
