We’ll get started with a 60-minute initial virtual consultation to assess your nutritional needs and fitness goals.
During the initial consultation, I will create a meal plan that is custom-made for your specific sport and body type so you’ll get ‘fired up‘ to achieve peak performance.
Includes two 30-minute virtual follow-up appointments. At this time I will review your food intake, eating times, and address any nutritional questions that you may have.
Two digital check-ins - one per week. Contact me through email, text, or give me a call outside of your appointment time and I will answer any questions you may have. This way we can maximize your performance.
